Shipping policy

We ship to Australia, the United States, Canada and New Zealand.

**Dispatch.** Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

**Delivery times.** Most orders arrive within 7–11 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

**Shipping cost.** Free tracked shipping on orders over $50 AUD. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

**Multiple items.** Items are sometimes dispatched from different warehouses and may arrive in separate parcels a few days apart. Each parcel has its own tracking link.

**Delays.** If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email support@goldease.shop and we'll chase it, replace it, or refund it — your choice.
