Shipping policy

We ship to Australia, the United States, Canada and New Zealand.

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times. Most orders arrive within 7–11 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Shipping cost. Free tracked shipping on orders over $39 AUD. Orders under $39 ship for a flat $4.95 within Australia. International orders ship for a flat $12 AUD.

How we ship. GoldenEase is based in Sydney, Australia. We do not hold our own stock — we work with a small number of vetted supply partners who dispatch orders directly, which is how we keep prices where they are. It also means items in the same order are sometimes sent as separate parcels a few days apart. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.

Delays. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, email support@goldease.shop and we will chase it, replace it, or refund it — your choice.
