**About us.** This store is operated by Golden Ease. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

**Products.** Our products are general daily living aids, not medical devices. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For advice about a specific condition, consult your GP or occupational therapist.

**Orders & pricing.** All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may cancel and refund any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — you'll be notified promptly if so.

**Delivery.** Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

**Returns.** Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

**Liability.** To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
